THIS ADVERTISEMENT IS FOR THE FIRST FLOOR 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT at Villa Eber with it’s own kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and 2 balconies.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and it has double bedroom with patio doors opening to a balcony with table and chairs, modern kitchen with ceramic top cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, etc. full bathroom with bath and overhead shower and living room with satellite TV with English channels , CD/DVD, safe and another balcony.
FREE and unlimited WI-FI available in the apartment.
Villa Eber is a spectacular villa situated near beaches and Old Town of Albufeira, marina with boat trips, water sports, golf, tennis courts, Zoomarine, water parks, Crazy Golf, Karting, Algarve Shopping and many other Algarve attractions.
All apartments are independent, spacious, very comfortable, fully air conditioned with modern kitchens and full bathrooms, satellite TV with English speaking channels, CD/DVD, free and unlimited WI-FI, safes and balconies or veranda. Beautifully kept garden with a large swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas.
The villa enjoys a superb location in a very quiet area but close to old town and is only 3 minutes drive ( €5.00 by taxi ) from the capital of tourism in the Algarve the town of Albufeira with great restaurants, unforgettable nightlife and beautiful golden beaches.
Private secure parking inside the property grounds behind automatic gates with remote control. Maid service is provided 3 times per week with change of linen once per week and change of towels twice per week. Please remember to bring your pool/beach towels.
Villa Eber is very popular with couples and families looking for peace and quiet in a quality villa accommodation, close to old town of Albufeira.
Many of our regular guests come back every year and enjoy the quality of staying in the villa in it’s own private apartment at very reasonable cost.
The swimming pool is over 1,60 cm deep and the villa is suitable for children from 11 years old but we would be delighted to accommodate the little ones in another property - please ask for more details.

For guests wishing to rent a car we can make arrangements with a local car firm at competitive rates with efficient and personal service. You can pick up the car at Faro Airport or have it delivered direct to Villa Eber.
We can also reserve private airport transfer from Faro Airport. The driver will await your arrival and bring you direct to the villa. The costs is from €40.00 each way for 2-4 people and €48.00 for 5-6 people and the journey usually takes about 35 minutes.
There are two excellent local restaurants within 10 minutes walk and there is a local cafe just 50m from the villa. Ideal if you like country walks. Just around the corner from the villa is a long country lane where you can enjoy the beauty of Algarve countryside.
Zoomarine and water parks are 10-20 min. drive. Golf courses are only 10-15 minutes by car and sandy beaches of Albufeira and new marina about 4-5 minutes.
-25% deposit required when making a reservation Balance ( 75% ) is payable 6 weeks before arrival.
It’s also possible to pay 25% deposit, second 25% deposit - 8 weeks before arrival and balance ( 50% ) in cash in euros on arrival. Please let us know if you prefer this payment option.
Payments can be made in sterling direct to our bank in UK or by bank transfer in euros to our bank in Portugal.

This property and location ticked all our boxes from our initial enquiry, useful information given by Andrew, arranging our taxi to and from the airport to being greeted at the villa.
Excellent Villa/Apartment

We loved this place, perfect place to chill out, Andrew and his wife are excellent as hosts, the apartments and pool are maintained to the highest standard and also the cleanliness of the place, it had everything you would need on a holiday. Check is was perfect, offered a drink upon arrival and was even left a lovely bottle of wine and a welcome note. Andrew arranged our transfers from the airport and also back to the airport which was great for us.The apartment is around 45 minutes walk to the beach of the old town, and we were aware of this before we arrived so it was not a problem for us, taxi ride is around 7 euros, a couple of local restaurants within 15 min walk which we tried and they were very nice. Shop on the camping site around 10 mins walk has most things you would need. would definitely recommend these apartments for a quiet and peaceful holiday, and within what i would call close enough to the beach if you really wanted to go.
Great holiday at Villa Eber

We had done a bit of research and Villa Eber looked to be very good - a quiet location but not too far from town, with a pool shared by just a few other guests. All through the booking process, Andrew couldn’t have been more helpful. He answered our queries promptly and made arrangements quickly and efficiently.Whilst we were staying there Andrew and Ana were available but not intrusive in any way which was great.The apartment was spotless and well appointed with everything needed. Having the bins emptied and maid service twice a week was brilliant, something we’ve never had in self-catering before.We had decided not to have a car. Andrew sorted transfers from Faro and we used local taxis and Ubers, about €5-6 into or back from town. We are quite happy walking so most of the time we walked into town/beach and got a cab back.Town is very busy with loads of choice but there are also some good restaurants quite close if you don’t want the hustle and bustle.A great holiday. We can thoroughly recommend Villa Eber - Andrew and Ana are professional but friendly hosts - many thanks!
